Last night the boys and I were at our local bookstore at 11:45pm to buy the new Eragon book, Brisingr. We had reserved two copies and both boys had been waiting for years for it to be published. They were handed numbers and unbeknowst to us, the numbers were entered into raffle for a signed copy. Well, David won the signed copy. Daniel was so not happy! But later when we realized that it was signed on a book plate and not actually the book, it made a difference and Daniel was fine. Go figure. It has been quiet around here today.......
