San Diego Bound

David left this morning around 3:30 to head to San Diego for the ROV International Competition! A little surreal that he is in a plane somewhere over Oklahoma at the moment, without family, and heading for a wonderful adventure! He has great mentors and a great team! I think there are three days of competition, Thurs-Sat, and then Sunday and Monday are fun days. They don't even know how they will spend that time yet......beach, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and the Wild Animal Park are all possibilities! I hope they have a wonderful time!

I guess the children got Randy's genes when it comes to travel. Who would have thought I would have such globetrotting offspring. Katherine is already talking about study abroad in Italy..........
